About Nourri-Source Montérégie
Nourri-Source Montérégie is a breastfeeding self-help and support organization. Nearly 100 experienced volunteers have chosen to get involved in order to promote and encourage breastfeeding. What makes the Nourri-Source network so special, and what makes it so renowned, is the flexibility shown by the breastfeeding support peers in their interventions with mothers.

BREASTFEEDING DROP-INS
Offered in all our sectors, these activities enable parents to get help with their breastfeeding, but also to break the isolation and spend a good time with other parents in a warm and welcoming setting. Some talks have themes, but it’s always possible to get information and help even if it’s outside the topic. The whole family is welcome!
PRENATAL BREASTFEEDING WORKSHOPS
Presented by an IBCLC lactation consultant, this 2-hour workshop will give you all the information you need to start your adventure with confidence! Topics covered include: the 4th trimester, the advantages and benefits of breastfeeding, how to get started, milk production, latching on and much more! Places are limited, so check our Facebook page for the schedule of upcoming sessions!
CONSULTATIONS WITH AN IBCLC
Sometimes, breastfeeding families experience problems that require specialized help. Our IBCLC lactation consultants are certified professionals with clinical expertise who offer individual consultations to help families with breastfeeding difficulties. Nourri-Source Montérégie offers free consultations to its clientele under certain conditions. Contact us for more information!
